  1. Order Cancellation
    ● Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order within 3 days of placing it or before the item is dispatched, whichever is earlier.
    ● After Dispatch: Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. However, you may initiate a return or exchange upon receiving the product as per our Return and Refund Policy.

  2. How to Cancel an Order
    To cancel your order:
    ● Contact us immediately at wecare@keiiarra.com with your order details.
    ● Provide your order ID and reason for cancellation.

  3. Refunds for Canceled Orders
    ● For prepaid orders canceled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-15 business days.
    ● For orders canceled after dispatch, shipping charges may not be refunded, and the cancellation will be treated as a return.

  4. Exceptions
    ● Custom or personalized products cannot be canceled once production has begun.
    ● Sale or promotional items are non-cancelable unless there is a defect or error in the order.

  5. Changes to Orders
    If you wish to modify your order instead of canceling it, please contact us at wecare@keiiarra.com. Modifications are subject to product availability.
