The Waterlily Candle

A flower, resting on water. A sculpted wax bloom sits atop a pool of coloured gel, as if it had just settled there, lit from a single wick rising through its centre.

This one is built in two distinct layers, and both are doing something different. Underneath, a smooth pour of coloured gel wax — a still, glass-clear "pond" in sea-green, blue, or blush. On top, a fully sculpted flower in soft white wax, its petals layered the way a real bloom folds, with a single dot of colour marking the centre where the wick emerges. The result reads exactly like its name — a flower resting on the surface of still water, caught in the moment just before it opens further.
